Twynhams is a large, detached home set in the attractive seaside town of New Milton offering residential placements for 7 males with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.

The home offers seven individual rooms with en-suite facilities, a large lounge/ dining area, utility area, large kitchen, neat compact garden area with barbeque, activity workshop and a vegetable garden. The location of the home allows easy access to New Milton town centre, as well as the larger nearby towns of Christchurch and Bournemouth.

Philosophy

We offer a service tailored to the complex needs of the individual enabling the resident to integrate safely within the local community therefore achieving full citizenship. A supportive and safe environment encourages development of the individual promoting self determination and empowering the individual to take responsibility for their lives/ behaviours.

We support the resident to meet individual goals and aspirations with dignity upholding the rights of the individual. All service users are encouraged to take a active part in the running of the home,

Residents within the home have access to local colleges and work placements.
