Client Criteria

Each property in the Truecare Group is a specialised residential home for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities or associated mental illness or behaviour that challenges services. It offers care and facilities in which skilled staff can work closely with the individuals and enable them to live more independent lives integrated within the community.

There are two types of service user:

• Those who, due to rehabilitation within the home, will be capable of moving into more independent accommodation.
• Those who, whilst improving through rehabilitation, still require the level of care provided by the group on a more long term basis.
